Background: Tooth extraction in dentistry is an act of removing the tooth from socket hole alveolar bone, where there no more treatment that can be done to maintain tooth. one recruitment cases complete dental studies at Faculty Dentistry, Andalas University. Purpose: examine prevalence and its distribution based on gender, age, causal factors after COVID-19 pandemic Dental Oral Hospital (RSGM) Method: This type research descriptive with a retrospective design. The sampling technique used purposive number samples obtained 649 samples. Results: was 16.3%. Based 366 (56.4%) women had their teeth extracted, which higher than 283 men (43.6%). Most extractions were recorded age group 1-10 as many 253 (39%). most common factor retained root 195 (30%) Conclusion: .The RSGM, Universitas still high, so adequate education prevention highly recommended society.
